If you'd like to have a different response to one of your questions or the AI had trouble locating the right topic or category you have the possibility to manually adjust the answer of your custom patient from the simulation event logs.

Open your simulation session from the Archives. Learn more about the Archive here.

Click on the Sim Log to see the questions and responses of the simulation:

You can see the interviewer questions and the patient responses in the log. To change a response, hover over it and click on the"Select category" bubble icon right next to it:

On this pop-up window you'll see:

  • The transcript of the question

  • The conversation topic* and category the AI thinks this question belongs to

  • And the response to that specific conversation topic.

(*topics are essentially a collection of questions with similar meaning that when asked, will elicit the same response from the patient)

The methods to tweak the conversation of your custom patient are the following:

  1. Adjust the transcript of the question to correct words/phrases misheard by the patient

  2. Associate the question to a different conversation topic in the patient's database

  3. Adjust the response to the specific conversation topic

  1. Click on the question to edit it and make changes.

2. To associate the question with a different conversation topic else click on the "This question is about something else." button and choose a more fitting topic for the question.

Click on "Save" to apply the changes.

3. If the question belongs to the right conversation topic, but the answer should be different click on this button:

And type your preferred response to this (and all of the shown similar) questions and hit "Save" again to apply your changes.

If the conversation topic was identified correctly, and the response is also good, click on "OK, this looks good now."
