There are certain hardware and software requirements to run PCS Spark. If you are experiencing a delay in the conversation or the simulation won’t load please follow these steps:

  1. Check if hardware acceleration is enabled in your browser: in the case of using Google Chrome, please enter the following address into the URL bar: chrome://settings/system and enable hardware acceleration:

  2. Close all other applications and open tabs on your device.

  3. Open a new incognito window in your Google Chrome browser and try to run the simulation again.

If the issue persists after these steps, please check if your device and network meet the minimum requirements for the simulation by executing the network and performance tests.

First run this page: https://app.pcs.ai/network and check if any of the rows are not marked with a green checkmark. Also, at least 5mbps up- and download speed is required. Should you find that one ore more of the tests time out or come back with a red X, consider switching to a different network.

Then, please run this page: https://app.pcs.ai/performance

Wait for the test to run, then you should see a number on the screen. PCS Spark requires a minimum result of 1,000 for flawless use of the avatar in the environment.
