Once you’ve created your own patient scenario, open your patient and go to the States tab as detailed here.

In the pop-up window the second tab is Sounds. Get to know all about editing Vitals on the first tab here

The starting sounds for the patient state can be modified the same way you change sounds for auscultation during a running session.

Depending on what sounds you want to present (heart, lung and bowel) in this state, just pick your choice.

Simply click on the sound visible for heart, lungs or bowel and choose from a number presets.

When finished with editing, just click OK to save your changes.

All modifications are saved for this patient state, and only for this patient state instantly.

This means that if you should define more than one patient state for your patient, then the settings you apply here will be specific to this one specific state.
