Your SimVox tablet already comes pre-configured with a "learner" PCS account so you can jump straight into simulations, but it does not save learner names by default. You can turn this on with a simple click and associate student simulations with their names during the simulations and in your archive.
1. Navigate to app.pcs.ai on your computer or laptop to log in with your owner account and open your simulator settings with the cogwheel icon.
2. Navigate to the Sharing tab, and enable the Ask learner name if using auto login checkbox.
The next time you use the default learner access, you will be able to enter a name into a popup at the start of the simulation:
This name will appear in the Sim Log, in your Archive, and in the Group Performance Report:
In the Group Performance Report, you can filter and sort simulation sessions based on their information: simulator, learner or patient, date or date range, and assessment scores. For every simulation archive, the report lists the name (of who started the session), simulator name (ID), patient name, session date+time, session length, # of interview questions asked, and the total assessment score.
You can filter your report for a specific learner, simulator, patient, or date, using the search field and the date selector. To view your learners’ performance across the set learning objectives, the report includes a column for every learning objective, when filtered for one patient, or patients with the same learning objectives.
