When your own patient scenario requires more than one state for your patient, you may want your patient to say something specific as soon as they’ve entered a new state.

This you can add by first creating your own patient scenario. Then open your patient and go to the States tab as detailed here.

Once you open a state, in the pop-up window the third tab is Speech.

Just enter what you'd like for your patient to say under "When entering this state, always say the following:" Then, when finished with editing, just click OK to save your changes.

All modifications are saved for this patient state, and only for this patient state instantly.

This means that when you have more than one patient state defined for your patient, the settings you apply here will be specific to this one state.

Your patients conversation settings can also be modified by state.  Get to know more here
