Once you’ve got the nuts and bolts of how your patient’s conversation settings are built up (details here) and how to avoid duplicates of the same/similar items (as explained here)  you should be ready to customize away.

Open the patient state you wish you edit and go to the Conversations tab (here’s how to get there). 

You can drag & drop items anywhere within a given column by clicking the three little cubes at the left hand of the line and moving the item to your needs.

Did you know that the initial patient state isn’t the only state you can work with in your simulation scenario. You can add further states to your patient and even have your patient automatically switch between the states. Get started by learning how to add additional states to your patients here.
