Once you’ve created objectives for your patient scenario (as explained here) you’ll want to define credits (as explained here) that can be achieved if a certain set of criteria are met. 

To "Set Criteria" for a specific credit, simply click the hyperlink to start defining criteria.

In the "Set Criteria" view select your preferences for when to give the credit.

Then hit "+ Add Criteria"button to define the specific criteria.
